Pastor Carmel King-Loncke
Carmel King-Loncke is the Pastor at, Liberty Hall Cathedral of Praise in Bronx, New York. She is under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Herbert Scott and Overseer Dr. Avis Goulbourne. Prior to her appointment as Pastor, she has served as: Assistant Pastor, Youth Minister, Secretary, Sunday School Director and in many other capacities within the church. Pastor King-Loncke is a servant leader whose vision is to share God’s message of love, grace, and faith throughout the world. She is steadfast in her belief of God’s power and His will to restore and transform the lives of men, women, and children. Her hope is that all will come into repentance and receive the Lord Jesus Christ as both Lord and Savior. Her passion is to encourage, empower and equip all whom cross her path to fulfill their God-given purpose and build the Kingdom of God. Pastor King-Loncke is married to a dedicated, God-loving husband, Troy Loncke, and has three God- fearing children, Tiffany, Tyler, and Zoe-Grace. Her greatest desire is to serve The Lord Jesus Christ in Spirit and in Truth and be known as His servant.
Overseer, Dr. Avis Goulborne
Overseer Dr. Avis Goulbourne was saved at the tender age of 16. Since adolescence she had a strong passion and desire to serve in the house of the Lord. Born and raised in Jamaica, Overseer Golbourne served faithfully in the ministries that God assigned her to. As God would have it Overseer Golburne would sojourn to the United States of America to purse her Godly calling and career in Christ. Overseer Golburne faithfully served in many positions in the church and God elevated her from Evangelist to Pastor well over thirty years ago. Overseer Golbourne has long practiced grassroots ministering by leading ministries beginning with prayer and bible study. God has used her to start and develop at least three church locations in the body of Christ. Overseer is currently serving and overseeing Liberty Hall Cathedral of Praise @ Ely Ave. under Bishop Scott and along side Pastor Carmel King-Loncke. Overseer loves to pray, sing and dance in the Lord. She has also received formal education and training in Theological studies and holds a Doctorate Degree. Overseer continues to spread the gospel to all those that the Lord allows her to minister to and Oversees the operations of the local churches she is assigned to.
Bishop Dr. Herbert Scott
Bishop Dr. Herbert Noelin Scott holds many titles. Bishop and founder of Liberty Hall Cathedral of Praise, overseer of many churches, doctor, husband, father, son, brother, and a servant of the Almighty God. The Gospel of the Lord has been instilled in him since childhood. Born in Clarendon, Jamaica W.I. and raised in Birmingham, England, Herbert was always taught by his mother, Blanche Scott, the importance of serving the Lord. The words “Academic Excellence”, was also instilled in Herbert as he always strived for excellence in school. It was during his pre-adolescent years, at the tender age of 10, he accepted the Lord as his personal Savior, and was baptized at age 12. Like young Samuel he acknowledged and responded to the call of God, and immediately stepped into his role with a clear sense of purpose and destiny. At age 15 he was appointed Evangelist of Triumphant Church of God, Aston England under the leadership of Rev. E. Wilks. While attending secondary school his zeal to learn more about God burned stronger in him and propelled him to attend Ebenezer Bible Institute in Lozells, Birmingham. His gift and talent for music led him to study at the Trinity College of Music under the leadership of Mr. Harold Wilcox. Our Youth ministry is active and well! Full of bright minds from childhood to late adolescence who are being taught the word and joy of the Lord!

Missions Department
